CricHIIt - The Online Workout Challenge
CricHIIT is a high intensity fitness workout for women and girls. Check out our social media channels to watch the weekly challenge videos. Repeat, record, and reply with your own video!
The aim is for participants to complete as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of one exercise within 30 seconds before moving onto the next. So for 3 minutes, work solidly on 6 exercises without a break and that’s the challenge! For a fuller workout, repeat the set six times (3-minute AMRAP x 6).
You can complete the challenge with any sports equipment that you have at home so get out your cricket bat, tennis racket, hurley or even your hockey stick to get through this quick fire workout!
Each Friday for the month of August we will bring you an exercise programme to make you work hard! 4 Weeks : 6 Exercises : 30 Seconds : REPEAT!
