The Ireland Under 19 and Under 17 girls squads have been named ahead of their series against Italy and Scotland Under 17 respectively.
Kim Garth, who recently captained the senior side in the ECB County Championship, will lead the Under 19 squad when they take on the Italian senior in two T20s at Waringstown on Monday August 3rd, and a 50-over match at YMCA on August 4th at YMCA Dublin.

The squad features three players from the NCU, while seven of the player have represented the Ireland senior side in the ECB County Championship.

Leinster’s Anna Kerrison will lead Ireland Under 17s as they prepare to take on Scotland Under 17s at Rush & North Kildare later this month in what is now an annual fixture against the near neighbours.

Ireland women’s coach Aaron Hamilton will be head coach for both sides, with senior internationals Claire Shillington (U17) and Isobel Joyce (U19) assisting.

The two sides will face each other in a warm-up match on Wednesday July 22nd in YMCA at 12noon.
