Leprechaun Cup Reaches Quarter-Final Stage

Just 8 teams remain now in the national school competition
Following the break for the conclusion of the ‘Super League’ and school mid-term, the 2012 Leprechaun Cup reaches quarter finals stage with some exciting games planned for this week.
Last weeks results were as follows:

Milverton NS 122-5, 20 overs (Heindrick Walser 35 ret, Niall Daly 11, Jodi McGivor 13, Aaron Bell 3-22, Gearoid McCormack 1-24)

Rush NS 90-7, 20 overs (Neil Rock 35 ret, Gearoid McCormack 35 ret, R Coleman 2-2, Lara Mauritz 1-16)

Milverton won by 22 runs

Arch Bishop Ryan NS, Balgaddy 80-8, 20 overs (Sachuman Sunny 20, Andrew Carroll 11, Alex Murphy 2-15, James Pattinson 2-14)

Rathmichael NS 83-3, 17.3 overs (James Desigar 35, Alex Murphy 26*, Joe Bankole 1-15, Sanjuman Sunny 1-9)

Rathmicheal won by 7 wickets

Star of the Sea won by 90 runs

Friday, June 8th – St Patrick’s Skerries v’s St John Bosco’s Cabra at Milverton, 10am
